As a whole, exceptional.

The staff were polite and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and modernly furnished. The breakfast buffet was great with lot to choose. A huge supermarket called Interspar nearby. Another supermarket called PAM just next door. Mestre train station very close, matter of ten minutes walk. Our check in was at 3.00pm. But we got the room at around 11.00, just paid 25 euro for early check in. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Very easy to take bus to Venice. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Reception staff are helpful. They allowed us to store our bags after check out free of cost. That was a bonus. Overall, we are very happy. My family really enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

No option for vegetarian at breakfast. It would be great if they could write ingredients names on a paper and put it next to the items. Rooms have got only two pin plugs. They could have given the adaptor at the check in time. They did later when I asked for it. In each room, they can put at least one three pin plugs, so that people like us who travelled from UK will not have any issue. Floor numbers are confusing. We stayed on the second floor. Our floor number was 12 instead of 2. Some part of bedroom floor makes sound, though not too loud during the day time. It can easily disturb family members are asleep at night.

A very good hotel with comfortable rooms, which had an upgrade for genius, so it was also a good value for us. A tram stop and a grocery store nearby. You can get a bus in ~10 minutes to the island part

The staff at the reception was busy at the reception talking by phone, so we were forced to wait (repeated several times) and they were not very informed (e.g., where to buy transport tickets)

Nice hotel close to buses going into Venice & the airport.

The room & bed were large & the location of the hotel was close to buses (right outside the door) that went into Venice & the airport. I came by train & it was a bit of a walk from the train station, but found out afterward I could have caught a local bus to the hotel, so keep that in mind if you catch the train. The breakfast buffet was huge, but did lack options for vegans.

Excellent hotel in very convenient location

Very clean and modernly furnished. Great location, bus stop opposite the hotel. Bus 15 taking you to airport in 25 min Bus 4L taking you to Venice in 20 min. Supermarket next door. Cheap cafes and restaurants nearby. Yes, it full of 5+ floors buildings, but it feels relatively safe even if there are a few beggars around. Could leave luggage on the last day. OK breakfast.

Rooms are a bit small, with lack of space between desk and bed. The room key #1219 was a bit problematic, to open the door first and then had to play a bit with it to keep electricity running.

Excellent stay in Mestre

Spacious, clean and comfy room. The location is excellent, it’s near the Mestre Central Station and right in front of the hotel is a bus station from which you can go directly to Venice (10 minutes) or to the airport. There are two supermarkets nearby.

Good value for the price, although definitely worth of improvement

The location is great. Getting to Venice is very easy, bus 4L available at the station in front of the hotel every 10 minutes. Huge hypermarket available nearby. Rooms were clean, and cleaned daily. Wifi connection available, although not really stable.

The pillows and mattress are really hard/stiff, not the most comfortable ones. Sound isolation basically doesn't exist, we could hear our neighbors singing. The A/C randomly started working in the middle of the night ( keep the power button pressed to turn it off). The windows were sweating, and in the morning it was pretty chilly.

The supposed superior double room was only two single beds next to each other, which was very uncomfortable because the were separating all the time. Breakfast was expensive. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel, but the price was ok.

A budget-friendly four star hotel a ten minute bus from Venice

This hotel has many great plusses going for it! It's located right across from the bus stop taking you directly to Venice and to the Marco Polo Airport, and is an approximate ten minute walk from the train station. Furthermore, the hotel is right beside the PAM supermarket, as well as the nearby commercial area which had a HUGE SPAR, and some other stores there also, perfect for all your grocery needs! There were also some small takeaways across the street from the hotel if you want to have an early night nibble! Upon check-in, the receptionists were friendly, helpful, accommodating to all of our needs. We were able to store our backpacks in the storage area for free. Additionally, we had a late-night check-in at around 2 AM which was easily handled. The rooms which we had (we had two separate rooms, one triple and one double), were spacious, comfortable and functional. Our beds were all comfortable to sleep in. The television had many channels accessible in several different languages (incl. English, Russian). Sound insulation of the rooms was very good, not perfect, but still very good. There's a mini-bar fridge, hairdryer, and a coffee machine for which you need to pay 3 euros to use. Our rooms were also warm in winter. On the first floor, there was a nice 'cafeteria area' for seating and coming together in a communal space. We didn't use the breakfast facilities, but we did still use this space as it was accessible 24/7. There were also several vending machines placed throughout the hotel, great for a late night nibble!

There was only one socket in the triple room which was not located near the beds. Beside the bed, there was only a USB port which is outdated as most new phones use USB-C (and doesn't allow for the charging or use of other devices such as laptops, portable chargers, etc). Please add more sockets to your rooms that are not USB only. The security for the baggage area is questionable, as anyone is able to walk in and out of the storage room freely. May result in something bad happening someday! Whilst they do have shampoo/shower-gel (two-in-one, which isn't that great), it would be much appreciated if the hotel provided a standalone shampoo as well as conditioner (balsamo). You can buy this yourself in stores nearby, but there's no way to buy a 'small enough' conditioner that will allow you to pass through airport security travel-friendly.

Very confortable, exclent staff and good breakfast. Good location too, just a little far from the train station but near everything else.
